Home Staging promotes and creates favorites, by highlighting your property at a lower cost and thus triggers the act of purchase or rental with purchase proposals that limit downward negotiations as much as possible.

During a first appointment I will explain my methodology and I will propose a schedule as well as a quote for the following services

- Audit & inventory room by room and exteriors

- Recommendations of actions to be carried out ranked in order of importance

- proposal of atmospheres  

- Depending on the work to be done: proposal of craftsmen and request for quotation

- Monitoring of the works (which do not affect the large works or the structure)

- Taking pictures for the announcement, writing the announcement

- Possibility of loan of furniture for the photo shoot
